Community Guidelines

The Write & Well Book Club is a space for women reading their way into and through healing — exploring trauma, nervous system health, and the practices that actually help, in a circle built on radical authenticity and genuine connection.

To keep this space feeling safe, warm, and real for everyone, we ask all participants to uphold the following:

1. No Hate, No Harm
Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, and other harmful behavior have no place here. Full stop.

2. What happens in the circle, stays in the circle.
Please don't record, share, or republish what others share without their explicit permission. Trust is everything here.

3. This is community, not therapy — and that's a beautiful thing.
We're here for connection, conversation, and the kind of validation that comes from being truly seen. We're not a clinical space, and that's intentional. For deeper processing and integration work, we always recommend working alongside a licensed mental health professional. Don't have one? Ask — we're happy to help point you in the right direction.

4. Share honestly. Share mindfully.
We're a mixed group with varied histories. What feels light to one person may land heavy for another. A simple heads-up before diving into something heavy goes a long way — it's just good community care.

5. Compassion first. Always.
We're all somewhere on this healing journey, and none of us have it completely figured out. If something goes sideways, we address it with accountability and kindness — not silence, not shame.

6. Show up.
Registration is limited for each circle on purpose — to keep things intimate and real. If something comes up and you can't make it, just let us know. Your spot matters.

By registering, you're committing to helping us build something worth showing up for — a space where every woman in the circle feels safe, seen, and genuinely supported.
